Mental Health Awareness Week

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week - the theme is 'kindness matters'.

In Stoke-on-Trent North, Kidsgrove and Talke I have been overwhelmed by the kindness shown throughout the coronavirus pandemic, as the community have pulled together support those in need.

If you know of any individuals or groups going above and beyond with their kindness please nominate them to be one of my Unsung Heroes to show our appreciation for the work they are doing by following the link below.

We all have good and bad days. But if you, or someone you know, seems to be feeling overwhelmed and perhaps need somebody to talk to, don't hesitate - help is there.
