NHS Survey

As your Member of Parliament, I receive many letters and emails about our local NHS services.

We all rely on the NHS. That’s why we need to protect and improve it.

So tell me what matters most to you.

The pandemic has put huge pressure on the NHS, and we still have to tackle backlogs in hospital and GP appointments as well as access to dental services.

Our local health services matter to me. That’s why I am working with the government to secure the investment needed to recruit new doctors and nurses.

Locally, I am already proud to have helped deliver £4 million to increase capacity at the Children’s A&E at the Royal Stoke Hospital, £15 million in acute and community mental health services for Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire and the writing off of historic PFI debt at the Royal Stoke University Hospital.

But, in planning improved services, we have to make choices, and I am keen to hear where you think the most help is needed.

So, I am asking you to fill in my online survey.

I’ll study the results and discuss the findings with our local health leaders and government ministers.

I want our local priorities to be addressed so that every resident in our community gets the health services they deserve.

So please fill in this short survey – it will help our local NHS address your priorities.

Best wishes,

Jonathan Gullis

I’m campaigning to secure extra investment in our local NHS. I’m keen to know what services you want me to get additional funding for. Which THREE of the below do you feel are most important?
Would you like more health services delivered closer to home?
Overall, on a scale of 0-10, how satisfied are you with your local GP service?
If you have ever needed to use mental health services locally, how would you rate the quality of service you received on a scale of 0-10?
Have you ever used the NHS 111 service?
If you have used the NHS 111 service previously, how would you rate the service from 0-10?
Have you or someone you know called an ambulance during the last twelve months?
If the answer to the above is yes, how satisfied were you with the ambulance response time on a scale of 0-10?
As well as improving our NHS, I’m working with local people to deliver our six-point plan for Stoke-on-Trent North, Kidsgrove & Talke. Which THREE of the below do you feel are most important?
